One day I found the very strange incident when I could not sleep and wake up but I felt I have gotten up from sleeping and that made me heavy to make me realised from sleeping, Approximately at 5.30 I woke up from sleeping and felt heavy to realise from sleeping as well as to get up But I realised and saw what was saw felt what was felt by me but my body could not move and my breath was very crowded, when I realised just knew if my body in overlapping by the ghost :Q , A very hair-raising experience and I did not experience it again. See this body be shaking and was cold as well as the fear but still had the Lord in my heart to overcome all the feelings, So all of only very bad experiences and i did not want remembered.
